Ingredients

  • 12 mozzarella sticks
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil to 375°F.
  4. 4. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
