Ingredients
- 12 mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3. Heat oil to 375°F.
- 4. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
