Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
