Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil to 375°F.
- 2. Coat shrimp in flour mixture.
- 3. Fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
